Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
Note: this is a working template. It must be reviewed by a lawyer and completed with the company details and final subscription terms before publication. Replace the bracketed placeholders.
1. The service
Concierglio provides a digital concierge system for rental properties: an AI assistant for guests, property management tools, a local experience marketplace, reservation import and guest check-in. The service is provided by [COMPANY NAME], company ID [VAT/OIB], [ADDRESS].
2. Your account
You create an account to use the service and are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription and payment
The service is sold per property on an annual subscription. The rate depends on how many properties your account holds and is shown before you confirm. Payment is taken when the listing is created; there is no free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details never reach us.
A subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the service continues until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.
4. What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the content you publish to your guests — house details, access instructions, recommendations and prices — and for keeping it accurate. You are responsible for meeting the legal obligations that apply to your property, including guest registration, tourist taxes and local licensing.
5. Guest data
For guest data you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling it only to provide the service. You must have a lawful basis for collecting the guest information you enter or invite guests to enter.
6. The AI concierge
The concierge answers from the information you provide about your property. It can be wrong, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement in an emergency. Do not rely on it for medical, legal or safety-critical advice, and tell guests to call the emergency services directly when it matters.
7. The marketplace
Where local experiences are bookable, the provider of the experience is the party performing it. Concierglio is not that provider and is not responsible for how an experience is delivered. Commission terms are agreed separately with each provider.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend access briefly for maintenance or to protect the service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully, after notice where it is reasonable to give it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [COURT LOCATION] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally as a consumer.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the last change is shown at the top of this page. Material changes take effect at your next renewal.
